Leave a Nest Capital Invests in FL FEED PTE. LTD.

Leave a Nest Group, through its investment arm Leave a Nest Capital Co., Ltd., has invested in FL FEED PTE. LTD. (Head Office:Singapore; CEO:Nicolas Bery; hereinafter “Flylab”).

Flylab is an Agritech venture dedicated to building a sustainable circular food system through sustainable protein production. By harnessing the exceptional bioconversion capabilities of Black Soldier Fly (BSF) larvae, the company develops and produces insect-based proteins while upcycling agricultural by-products into high-quality feed for animals and plants. Flylab is advancing the social implementation of sustainable protein alternatives to environmentally intensive ingredients such as fishmeal and soybean meal.

Leave a Nest Group decided to invest in Flylab based on its advanced protein conversion technology, scalable production capabilities, and commitment to addressing global food challenges through the sustainable supply of animal feed.

With this funding, Flylab will further enhance the operating rate of its existing production facilities and expand its production capacity, strengthening the stable supply of sustainable insect-based proteins.

Through collaboration with Flylab, Leave a Nest Group will promote the development of sustainable food production systems across aquaculture, livestock, and related industries. Furthermore, the Group will strengthen collaboration with deep-tech ventures originating in Southeast Asia and advance its vision of inbound globalization.

Moving forward, Leave a Nest Group will continue contributing to the realization of sustainable food systems through collaboration with deep-tech ventures around the world.
